(Estherville)– A traffic stop earlier this month in Emmet county resulted in drug charges being filed against two people from South Dakota.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle around 8:30 am November 2nd near Dolliver after noticing it had no front license plate.
Upon investigating it was determined the driver, 28-year-old Erika Glisson of Sioux Falls, and a 14-year-old passenger, were allegedly in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Glisson was taken into custody and was booked into jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. The juvenile was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was referred to juvenile court.
