Spirit Lake Woman Pleads Guilty To Identity Theft, Willful Injury & 2nd Degree Burglary Charges In Plea Deal

October 29, 2020

(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake woman has pled guilty to charges of identity theft, willful injury and 2nd degree burglary.

Online court documents show 44-year-old Angela Rinkoski entered the plea as part of a deal with prosecutors. In exchange, charges of criminal mischief, drug charges and various traffic offenses will be dismissed.

Rinkoski will serve two years of probation on the identity theft and willful injury charges along with a three year jail term on the burglary charge.

Some of the charges stem from a robbery November 20th of last year in Spirit Lake that injured a man. Another suspect in that case, 41-year-old Patrick Miles, also known as Patrick Wascher, is scheduled to go on trial in January, 2021 on several charges, including robbery in the 1st degree.
