(Emmetsburg)– A Lake Park man wanted on multiple warrants from Palo Alto county was taken into custody around 10:45 last (Wed.) night.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 24-year-old Christopher Gabbard was wanted for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief in the 2nd degree, assault with intent to inflict serious injury, and driving while barred.
Authorities say Gabbard was also wanted for failure to appear on original charges of driving while barred, and possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine, 1st offense. The warrants carry a combined bond of $10,500 cash or surety, and $350 unsecured bond.
Authorities say Gabbard was transferred to the custody of Palo Alto county authorities after being apprehended in Lake Park.
