(Spencer)– Minor injuries were reported in a single vehicle crash Friday evening on Highway 71 near Fostoria.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Taylor Ginger of Spencer was driving a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix northbound when a tire reportedly blew out. The vehicle crossed the median and rolled at least once before coming to rest.
Minor injuries were reported to a passenger.
Ginger was cited for no valid drivers license and no proof of insurance.
The vehicle was totaled.
