(Emmetsburg)– A Waterloo man wanted on warrants was taken into custody last week by authorities in Palo Alto county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 43-year-old Gabriel Sanculi was wanted on a valid Pocahontas county warrant for a probation violation on three counts of domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury. Sanculi was arrested around 11:30 pm Thursday in Ruthven and was transferred to the custody of Pocahontas county authorities.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says additional charges are pending as a result of the arrest and ongoing investigation.
