(Spencer)– The Spencer Community School District is clarifying its mask wearing policy.
Effective today (Mon. 10/12), students, staff and all people entering Spencer Community Schools are required to wear a face mask while at school, school events or on school grounds.
The district says gaiters and face shields are not as effective as wearing a mask properly and will not keep someone from being exposed and required to quarantine for 14 days.
