(Spencer)– The Clay County Sheriff’s Office has released information into a traffic stop this past Thursday that resulted in the arrest of a Spencer woman on multiple charges.
Authorities say the stop was made shortly before 5:00 pm in the 3600 mile of 150th Avenue and that the deputy who conducted it had prior knowledge the occupant of the vehicle, 40-year-old Johnette Dodds, was wanted on a Palo Alto county warrant for assault causing bodily injury.
After Dodds was taken into custody, deputies discovered she allegedly was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Dodds was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance…Vyvanse, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
