(Milford)– A Sioux Rapids man accused of stabbing another man in Milford August 1st has entered a written plea of not guilty to the charges against him. 29-year-old Darrel Pounds entered the plea last week in Dickinson County District Court. A jury trial is set for November 17th.
22-year-old Troy Petersen of Milford was taken to a Sioux Falls hospital following the incident.
Pounds was taken into custody after leading authorities on a manhunt that involved multiple agencies. He was charged with attempted murder, willful injury and 2nd degree theft.
