(Estherville)– A Graettinger woman was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop earlier this month in Emmet county.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle August 9th at the intersection of Highway 9 and 490th Avenue.
Authorities say 40-year-old Heather Titus was arrested for driving with a suspended license. Upon further investigation it was discovered she was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Titus was charged with possession of a controlled substance…3rd offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving with a suspended license; failure to obey a stop sign and no proof of insurance.
