(Spencer)– Plans are being finalized for a major housing development in Spencer.
Westfield by IGL will be located at the former Jacobsen Trailer Park site at the corner of West 4th Street and 32nd Avenue West in Spencer.
A public hearing to rezone the land is set for September 8th.
57 homes are being proposed for the site ranging in size from 1,050 square feet to 1,540 square feet with two to three bedrooms, one to two bathrooms and attached garages.
IGL Construction built 23 slab-on-grade homes on a 7-acre plat in southwest Spencer, along with 18 homes in the Pelican Ridge development in Arnolds Park and 28 Vault Condos storage units in the Spencer West Industrial Park, among other projects the company has been involved with in recent years.
