(Spencer)– Minor injuries were reported Monday in a single vehicle crash in Clay county.
Authorities say 35-year-old Trever Kuhlman of Everly was driving a 2002 Pontiac Montana westbound on 360th Street at the intersection with 200th Avenue. Deputies say the vehicle went into the ditch, struck a culvert, ran over a stop sign and came to rest in the southwest corner of the intersection.
Kuhlman sustained minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Spencer Hospital.
The vehicle was totaled.
The Spencer and Fostoria Fire Departments, Spencer Police Department, Spencer Ambulance and Bud’s Service assisted on the scene.
The crash took place shortly before 2:30 pm.
