(Milford)– Details are sketchy but KUOO news has learned of a stabbing Saturday in north Milford. Authorities have not released any information, but we’ve learned police and medical personnel were called to Boji Junction a little before 6:30 am. The victim was said to be conscious upon being taken by ambulance to the hospital.
A search was underway for a suspect that continued into the early afternoon.
Records show Darrel Kay Pounds was booked into the Dickinson county jail shortly before 1:30 pm Saturday after being arrested by Milford police. He was charged with theft in the 2nd degree and willful injury, but it wasn’t certain if the arrest and charges were in connection with the incident. Pounds was being held on a $10,000 bond.
Officers from numerous departments and agencies from throughout the region assisted in the investigation.
