(Emmetsburg)– A Ruthven man was arrested this past Friday evening on warrants stemming from a traffic accident back in April of this year in the 3400 mile of 460th Street in Palo Alto county.
Authorities say 30-year-old William Mattingly was arrested on the warrants charging him with operating while intoxicated…2nd offense, burglary in the 3rd degree, failure to maintain control and failure to use safety belts.
Bond was set at $4,200.
Mattingly was transported to the Palo Alto county jail and was released with a future court date.
