(Sibley)– Osceola county authorities have released details into a two vehicle collision this past Wednesday at the intersection of Highway 60 and 100th Street.
The Sheriff’s Office says 48-year-old My Hanh Thi Nguyen of Worthington was driving a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder northbound and 71-year-old Maria Kropf of Bigelow was driving a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox eastbound and was crossing the intersection when the two collided.
Kropf was taken by ambulance to the Osceola Regional Health Center in Sibley; no injuries were reported to Nguyen.
Kroft was cited for failure to yield.
Damage to the Pathfinder driven by Nguyen was estimated at $2,000 while the Equinox driven by Kropf sustained an estimated $1,500 in damage.
