(Estherville)– City officials in Estherville say City Hall will remain closed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Residents are still being encouraged to conduct business via phone or email. City officials say for those instances where a face-to-face meeting with a city staff member is necessary, that appointments must be made by calling 712-362-3574 for anything related to utility services. For other services call 712-362-7771.
Utility payments can still be made by utilizing the drop box on the south side of City Hall. Cash should not be placed in the box.
