(Spencer)– City officials in Spencer say they’re in the process of updating the city’s Housing Market Study to address housing needs in the community.
The effort is a collaborative one involving the city of Spencer, Spencer Municipal Utilities, and the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation.
Officials say the study consists of a survey of homeowners and renters on the condition, needs, and desires of housing in Spencer.
The online survey is available now and can be found at http://survey.constantcontact.com/survey/a07eh1teet5k9aaz2ra/start
Paper copies of the survey are also available at the front entrance of the Spencer City Hall. The completed surveys may also be dropped off there.
The deadline for completing the survey is May 22nd, 2020.
