(Spirit Lake)– A Spencer man was arrested last week in Dickinson county on drug charges.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Micheal Menard, Jr. was taken into custody following an investigation April 21st into a vehicle that was in a ditch near the intersection of 160th Avenue and 250th Street. Upon arriving a deputy found Menard sitting in the vehicle.
Upon further investigation it was determined he was allegedly in possession of controlled substances.
Menard was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…3rd offense, and possession of methamphetamine…3rd offense.
Menard has since been released from jail.
