(Des Moines)– The Iowa Department of Public Health today (Fri.) reported an additional 191 new cases of COVID-19 along with four more deaths, bringing the state’s total fatalities to 64.
183 Iowans were in the hospital with COVID-19 as of Thursday, with 88 of those in intensive care units. 52 of those patients were on ventilators.
1,007 Iowans so far have recovered from the virus. 2,332 of the state’s residents have tested positive so far for COVID-19.
