(Estherville)– An Estherville man has been convicted on a drug charge as part of a plea agreement stemming from the investigation into the death of a man back in 2018.
37-year-old Lance Rosburg entered a guilty plea last week to a felony count of a controlled substance violation. He’ll spend up to 25 years in prison.
Rosburg was a suspect in the January 2018 death of 27-year-old Matthew Strayer. Strayer was found unresponsive by emergency crews and was later pronounced dead. Rosburg was arrested in connection with the death in September of last year.
Charges against a second man that was charged in the case were dismissed in January.
