(Des Moines)– The Iowa Finance Authority has announced Northwest Bank has earned a “Gold Lender” designation for their outstanding efforts in assisting homebuyers in 2019. Northwest Bank is one of 18 institutions statewide that earned a top lender designation for 2019.
The Iowa Finance Authority offers mortgage and down payment assistance programs through a network of more than 400 lenders throughout the state. More than 2,600 Iowans purchased a home through the assistance of IFA programs in 2019, more than any other year in IFA’s history.
