Winners Announced In Jackson Business Challenge

(Jackson, Mn.)– The winners of the second Jackson Business Challenge were announced yesterday. Jackson Economic Development Coordinator Tom Nelson outlines the winners…Tom Nelson 

“We’ve had a lot of great applicants this year. Our winner is Tom and Heidi Turner who will be opening the R.E.S.T. Stop which is going to be a infrared sauna as well as real fruit smoothies. And for our second place winner we’re actually going to have Plaza Jalisco who will be in second place and they’re going to have a smaller prize package that’s actually contingent on finding a location in six months and then opening in 12 months. The judges really felt strongly about all of the finalists and really wanted to see them both open up in town.”

The R.E.S.T. Stop plans to open on September 1^st. Plaza Jalisco is expected to open within the next 12 months.
