(Emmetsburg)– Minor injuries were reported this past Saturday in a single vehicle crash in Palo Alto county.
Authorities say 30-year-old Jacob Baardson of Fort Dodge was driving a 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe westbound on 360th Street when he lost control of the vehicle. It went into the ditch, struck a field drive and came to rest in the south ditch.
Baardson was found unconscious in the driver’s seat and was taken by ambulance to Palo Alto County Hospital where he was treated and released.
Authorities say the crash, which happened around 12:03 am, remains under investigation.
