(Storm Lake)– A Milford man has been arrested on forgery and theft charges in Storm Lake.
Police there say they investigated a forgery complaint on December 10th, 2019 from Plumbing Wholesale in Storm Lake. 39-year-old Charles Tewes of Milford was accused of ordering $495 in merchandise from the business and charging it to someone else, when he wasn’t authorized to make the charge.
Storm Lake police were then called December 18th, 2019, to the Storm Lake Bomgaars store. In that incident, Tewes is accused of ordering $781 in merchandise without authorization.
