(Arnolds Park)– It’s time once again to celebrate fall in the Iowa Great Lakes. Kiley Zankowski of the Iowa Great Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce says they’ll be holding their annual Oktoberfest Saturday, September 28th…
“So we’ll have the bike ride, the 28th year of the bike ride, it kicks off at Preservation Plaza and returns back there again. But it’s bigger and better every single year. This year we’ve got the band again, we’ve got Shirts and Skins sponsored by Ruthven Meat Locker from 12:00 to 4:00. But it doesn’t just start then. You can even come earlier at 8:30 in the morning for Farmer’s Market In The Park. It’s the last one for the season, so come check that one out. We’ve got inflatables; the amusement park is being rides out on to the green space; there’s a bean bag tournament sponsored by KUOO; there’s just so many fun things to get involved in.”
