(St. James, Mn.)– A Worthington woman was injured last (Mon.) night when a vehicle she took evasive action to avoid colliding with a deer.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 18-year-old Rachel Villegas of Worthington was driving a 2007 Pontiac westbound on Highway 60 near St. James when she lost control of the vehicle, which went into the ditch and rolled.
Villegas sustaine a non-life threatening injury but apparently wasn’t taken to a hospital.
The crash took place a little after 11:00 pm.
