(Spencer)– Charges have been filed against two men accused of providing alcohol for an underage beer party the Clay County Sheriff’s Office busted a week ago near Gillett Grove.
18-year-old Jonathon Jennings of Spencer was charged with one count of supplying alcohol to a minor and possession of alcohol under the age of 21.
38-year-old Jack Lobsinger…also of Spencer…was charged with six counts of supplying alcohol to minors and one count of bootlegging.
Jennings and Lobsinger were arrested Wednesday.
The beer kegs Jennings and Lobsinger are accused of providing were confiscated when authorities busted the party last Thursday, May 18th.
Sheriff Randy Krukow says a keg law being considered by the Clay county board of supervisors will assist officers with similar types of incidents in the future.
