(Spencer)– A Spencer man wanted by Dickinson county authorities on a probation violation was arrested Friday afternoon at the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say 20-year-old Jared Hutchings was entering his name for a change of address on the state’s sex offender registry when it was discovered he was wanted by Dickinson county authorities for a probation violation on an original charge of sexual abuse in the third degree.
Hutchings was taken to the Clay county jail without incident and was later transferred to the custody of Dickinson county authorities.
