(Spencer)– Officials with the Clay County Fair have announced another grandstand headliner for this year’s fair.
Country star Neal McCoy…a two-time “Entertainer of the Year”…will kick off the grandstand entertainment at this year’s fair with a concert on the opening evening of the fair Saturday, September 9th at 7:30 p.m.
There will be a special guest appearance by Joe Nichols…a rising country star from Arkansas.
Tickets go on sale by mail June 19th with phone orders beginning July 17th. The box office at the fairgrounds opens July 24th.
