(Spencer)– Drug charges have been filed against a Spencer woman as the result of a search warrant that was executed on her residence at 409 East 14th Street in Spencer back on May 30th.
Clay County Sheriff Randy Krukow says 38-year-old Elaine Baker was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment. She was booked into the Clay county jail on 13-thousand dollars bond.
Krukow says Baker and her three-year-old daughter were present at the time of the search.
The three-year-old was released to a family member.
