(Emmetsburg)– Felony forgery charges have been filed against a Fenton woman accused of altering a prescription.
Emmetsburg police have charged 32-year-old Holly Nott with forgery…a class “D” felony.
Nott was also charged with prohibited acts in obtaining a prescription…also a class “D” felony.
Authorities say the charges stem from a forged prescription Nott allegedly presented at a local pharmacy.
