(Jackson, Mn.)– An Illinois man was injured Saturday after losing control of a motorcycle he was driving eastbound on Interstate 90 near milepost 76 in Jackson county.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 44-year-old Miguel Garcia of Zion, Illinois failed to negotiate a curve. The 2001 Harley Davidson he was driving went into the median and flipped.
Garcia was taken by ambulance to the Jackson Medical Center and was transferred to a Rochester hospital with a broken arm.
Severe damage was reported to the motorcycle.
The mishap took place shortly after 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
