(Emmetsburg)– An Emmetsburg woman has been charged in connection with an assault that allegedly took place earlier this month.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says it stems from a report of an assault it received in the early morning of December 1st at a residence northeast of Cylinder. Upon investigating authorities determined the victim had allegedly been assaulted by Paxton Shelby Reese of Emmetsburg.
Reese was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for serious misdemeanor assault. Reese was booked into the Palo Alto county jail on bond of 1,950-dollars.
