(Spencer)– A Milford man wanted on warrants was arrested in Clay county Friday.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old William John Smith was taken into custody shortly after 11:00 p.m. Friday in the 2700 block of Highway 71.
Smith was wanted on Clay county warrants charging him with theft in the fourth degree and fraudulent practices.
He was booked into the Clay county jail.
