(Sibley)– A traffic stop Saturday in Osceola county has resulted in drug charges against a Paullina woman.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle for a traffic stop north of Melvin. Authorities say a subsequent search of the vehicle turned up a baggie containing a white powder alleged to be methamphetamine.
The driver, 46-year-old Jacqueline Shriver of Paullina, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Osceola county jail on bond of 2,275-dollars.
Authorities say their investigation continues and additional charges are expected.
