Osceola Co., Incident Results In Charges Against Three Men

(Sibley)– An incident Sunday in Osceola county resulted in charges of eluding and drunk driving being filed against a Melvin man and two Sheldon men being charged with interference with official acts.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 26-year-old Justin Tidemann of Melvin was arrested for allegedly trying to elude law enforcement and driving while intoxicated…second offense.

Also arrested were 26-year-old Jared Tiedemann and 27-year-old Brett Walking-Eagle…both of Sheldon. They were charged with interference with official acts.

All three were booked into the Osceola county jail.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office.
