(Terril)– A Terril woman faces a multitude of charges as the result of search warrants executed Thursday on residences in the Terril area.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 49-year-old Sherry Rae Morris of Terril was arrested as a result of the searches at 210 Adams Avenue East in Terril and 2249 330th Avenue near Terril.
Morris was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance…a class “B” felony; ongoing criminal conduct…also a class “B” felony; possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture; possession of lithium with intent to manufacture; and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon…class “D” felonies.
Morris was also charged with possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine…an aggravated misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Authorities say the investigation continues and more arrests are expected.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office in executing the search warrants.
