(Spencer)– A two-vehicle mishap Friday at the intersection of Grand Avenue and First Street in Spencer sent one person to the hospital with possible injuries.
Spencer police say 42-year-old Keith Roethler of Spencer was northbound on Grand Avenue and was attempting to turn left on First Street and 75-year-old Miriam Fonley of Spencer was southbound on Grand Avenue when the two collided.
Fonley was taken by ambulance to Spencer Hospital with possible injuries. No injuries were reported to Roethler.
1,500-dollars in damage was estimated to a 2002 Chrysler P-T Cruiser driven by Fonley; a 1969 Pontiac driven by Roethler sustained an estimated three thousand dollars in damage.
The mishap took place around 7:30 Friday morning.
