(Spencer)– A search warrant executed on a Spencer apartment has resulted in drug charges against three people.
Spencer police say the search was conducted last Saturday at 521 North Grand Avenue, apartment number two. Officers had to force their way inside. Upon entering, they found quantities of what’s alleged to be marijuana along with drug paraphernalia.
Arrested were 21-year-old Shire Schooley, 21-year-old Brady Wee and 18-year-old Michael Stricker…all of Spencer.
Schooley and Wee were charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor. Stricker was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…a serious misdemeanor.
All three were booked into the Clay county jail.
Authorities say the investigation continues and more arrests are possible.
