Woman Wanted On Clay Co. Warrants For Forgery Arrested In SW Mn.

(Spencer)– An Apple Valley, Minnesota woman wanted on outstanding warrants from Clay county was arrested Wednesday night in Pipestone, Minnesota.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Michelle Lynn Vaughn was wanted on warrants for 11 counts of forgery for allegedly writing checks on another person’s account and signing the victim’s name to the checks.

Vaughn was also wanted on one count of failure to appear on an original charge of driving while revoked.

Vaughn was transported to Spencer and was booked into the Clay county jail on bond of 108-thousand dollars.
