(Spencer)– Drug charges have been filed against a Spencer man in connection with a traffic stop earlier this week.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Duane Lange, Junior of Spencer. A subsequent search resulted in deputies finding marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Lange was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Clay county jail.
