(Spencer)– A report of a suspicious person on Highway 18 in Clay county Saturday evening resulted in the arrest of a Rudd, Iowa man on a drug-related charge.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy made contact with a 48-year-old male identified as Reginald Noling of Rudd, Iowa.
Upon further investigation, it was determined Noling was in possession of some drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was booked into the Clay county jail.
