(Sibley)– A Sibley man has been arrested on sex abuse charges.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 36-year-old Eric Rivadeneira is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old female at a motel April 22nd and April 29th.
Rivadeneira faces up to 10 years in jail and a 10-thousand dollar fine if convicted of the class “C” felony.
He’s being held in the Osceola county jail on 26-thousand dollars bond.
