(Spirit Lake)– Possible injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision shortly before 1:00 p.m. Monday in Spirit Lake.
Police say vehicles driven by 62-year-old Joan Miner and 70-year-old Alice Kabel…both of Spirit Lake…collided at the intersection of 20th Street and Keokuk Avenue.
Neither driver was taken to the hospital by ambulance, but one indicated she may seek treatment on her own.
Five thousand dollars in damage was estimated to a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Miner; a 2005 Toyota driven by Kabel sustained an estimated six thousand dollars in damage.
Miner was cited for failure to yield.
