(Spirit Lake)– Enhancing and furthering development in Spirit Lake’s downtown area will be the topic of a meeting scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 27th at city hall.
City officials say it will focus on possible historic standards for buildings and on other initiatives to enhance the appearance and ambiance of downtown Spirit Lake.
Sheriffa Jones, Historic Preservation Consultant with the Iowa Lakes RC & D will be the guest speaker.
While downtown business owners are especially urged to attend, the meeting is open to everyone.
