Royal Man Turns Himself In On Meth Warrant

November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– A Royal man wanted on a warrant for third offense possession of methamphetamine has turned himself in to Clay county authorities.

Authorities say 38-year-old Patrick Johnson was initially arrested back on May 15th of this year for driving without a license and was found to be in possession of a crystal-like substance. An analysis by the DCI crime lab determined the substance was methamphetamine. A warrant was then issued for Johnson, who turned himself in to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday afternoon.

Johnson was freed after posting bond of nearly 10-thousand dollars.
