(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man faces drug charges after he was pulled over by police Thursday evening for a traffic violation on Highways nine and 71.
39-year-old Donald Burns was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…second offense; failure to give a continuous turn signal and no insurance.
Spirit Lake police say the drug charges are the result of a search of the vehicle that turned up substances alleged to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
