(Wahpeton)– The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office has released details into the arrests of four people on marijuana charges back on the Fourth of July at Gull Point State Park.
Authorities say 22-year-old Robert Labs, 21-year-old Patrick Daugherty, 21-year-old Josh Fleming and 22-year-old Joseph Florke all of Sioux City were charged with possession of marijuana and for being in the park after closing time.
Authorities say the four were taken into custody after they were seen allegedly smoking marijuana in the park shortly before 11:00 p.m. on the fourth.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
