Rembrandt Man Accused Of Cell Phone Harrassment

November 22, 2014

(Emmetsburg)– A Rembrandt man has been arrested for allegedly using a cell phone to harass someone.

The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 50-year-old David Lingreen of Rembrandt has been charged with third degree harassment for communication by electronic device.

Lingreen is accused of leaving messages with threats of harm on a cell phone. Authorities say the alleged incidents took place this past Sunday.

Lingreen was arrested Tuesday on the simple misdemeanor charge and was released on a promise to appear in court at a later date.
