(Okoboji)– Two new galleries were officially unveiled to the public Friday evening at the Pearson Lakes Art Center.
The new galleries are in an addition recently built on to the west of the existing facility.
Tom Tourville of the Pearson Lakes Art Center says the lower level of the new gallery has been named in honor of John and Karen Goodenow. The upper level, which houses the entire russian collection of art that was donated last year to the Pearson Lakes Art Center, is named in honor of Bud and Bev Pearson.
