(Estherville)– Another key component in developing land for the Northern Bio-Energy Plant in Estherville is coming together.
Iowa Transportation commissioners Tuesday awarded a Revitalize Iowa’s Sound Economy, or RISE Grant, to the city of Estherville.
Up to 322-thousand dollars will be made available to assist the city in reconstructing a portion of South 19th Street south of Ninth Avenue South.
The project will provide access to 124 acres of new development associated with the Northern Bio-Energy project.
